Case Study: Black Mirror, black mirror is a show about dystopian futures that has faced ethical issues because it deals with violent topics. For example, the episode "White Bear" is about a person who wakes up without knowing anything and people are following her, it is later revealed she kidnapped and murdered a child and that her punishment is she is on a horrifying game show.
Similarity and differences between difference types of client briefs:
Formal and Contractual briefs are similar because in both briefs you need to do what is told, not as open to interpretation
Tender and Negotiated are similar because
Formal and informal are different because informal briefs give the producer more freedom.
If requirements are met the legal implications are that you could be taken to court and the other implications involve wasting time and money.
